In the case of other things being equal, increasing current density, oxide film growth accelerates, reduces oxidation time, film chemical reduces dissolved, film tough, hardwearing. But current density does not rise too high, otherwise they will be due to Joule heating effects, increased thermal effect of film hole, a local temperature rise dramatically, dissolving the oxide film speed, speed reduction rather than film. That means higher current density, speed can increase film build within a certain range, but reaches a certain value, the speed reduction rather than film. Current density and color uniformity directly affects the size of oxide film.
